"I have been very happy with these vitamins. I have never been sick to my stomach after taking them. I seem to have more energy and my cravings for sweets is gone. That's a good thing. My Dr. was concerned about the amount of Vitamin A in the product, but since it is from beta carotene and not retinol, I feel very safe taking these. In my past pregnancies I took vitamins my Dr. perscribed me and I always ended up constipated and sick to my stomach. No problems with this vitmain at all. I would order again."

"These are easy to swallow, don't taste bad, have never made me feel sick.
I feel great when I am taking them. Not pregnant yet, but feel like establishing the nutrients was important.

"I am not pregnant, but because of hair/nail/low iron issues, I decided to take a pre-natal multi instead of a regular multi and am happy with this. I believe that this vitamin (2 daily) in combination with Futurebiotics hair/skin/nail vitamin (3 daily) helped my hair grow back at my temples; nails are a bit healthier. I don't have labs back about my iron levels yet so I am not sure. I have purchased a different pre-natal multi to try it out since it only has to be taken once a day. I may come back to this one, I just have to wait and see."

"I did a lot of research about which prenatals to take. I am not pregnant yet, but we are trying so I wanted to go ahead and get on them. I have to say that I feel great when taking these and the ingredients are superior to other prenatals. I will definitely use this brand in the future!"

"I love these vitamins! Previously, I was on a prescription prenatal that upset my stomach and caused me to have "rubber band" breath (as my husband called it), so I tried this product and have not had a single problem. I love that it is free from all the "junk" hidden in most vitamins."

"I have been taking these vitamins for a month now and I absolutely love it! They do not upset my stomach and are easy to swallow. I am no longer pregnant, but am nursing exclusively (my baby is now 6 1/2 months) and this product has been wonderful. I love the fact that they have not only the daily supply of vitamins and minerals, but also a whole slew of veggies like broccoli, carrots, beets, apples, tomatoes, spinach...the list goes on! I would recommend these vitamins to all of my pregnant or nursing friends!"

"This is a great prenatal vitamin. I just had my 3rd child and used this prenatal for the first time during the pregnancy. I had more energy throughout the day and was able to keep them down (most prenatals were too strong for me). Now that I'm nursing I'm still using them and will continue to. This has become my favorite brand of vitamin (I also buy their children's vitamins). Great value for a "whole food" vitamin."

"Finding the right pre-natal supplement can be a daunting task, I didn't want the one the major drugstore chains just throw at you, so I did some research and these were the best and packed with things I feel really helped contribute to a healthy pregnancy."
