"Kids will definitely love this sweet and tangy supplement. However, I take it for myself. Comes in all animal shapes (cats, lions, elephants). Lower vitamin c dosage for those of us who don't like to take mega-doses."

"I'm a firm believer in taking Vitamin C. Especially when you have a cold. Personally, our family has seen the duration of a cold, as well as its severity, diminish when upping our regular daily dose (usually 250-500 mgs daily) to between 500-1,200 mgs. Our 7-1/2 year old son loves the taste of this particular brand the best; he says it's not as tart as the others."
