"I love these vitamins! I am running on empty so often and these vitamins give me the boost I need to keep up with my 2 active toddlers. I take them every day (in the afternoon), when I begin feeling tired, that way I can skip a nap and clean up while the kids are taking their nap. Well worth every penny."

"This is an awesome multi that I have been using for around 5 years. I alternate every other day between this product and Nature's Way Alive whole food supplement. Between the 2 I have been able to bypass 5 cold and flu season without taking a flu shot and my sleep patterns, quality of sleep and energy levels are fantastic."

"The label recommends you take 3 per day, but I literally bounce-off-the-walls if I take 2! You can feel this stuff working! I've never felt so energetic and healthy in my life!
