"In my opinion, Tinkyada Brown Rice Past is the best Gluten Free pasta. I find that it is the closest, in texture & appearance, to regular pasta. It tastes great & if you cook it according to the instructions, it always comes out perfect. I also appreciate that it is a whole grain pasta. I highly recommend it to my friends."

"I first used Rice Pasta about 10 yrs ago. I decided then that if I couldn't have wheat - I would just skip it because it was so nasty. However this pasta is great!!!! I get the curly shells at walmart and the fetuccini but they don't have spagetti. I actually like this product MORE than wheat."

"I bought this to round out my order to $49 and I was happy I did. It is the best! I cooked it just like it said and loved how it turned out. I will definitely be ordering it again.

"My husband loved my spaghetti with these noodles. They don't sell this type in my local store and now he wont eat my spaghetti with anything else. The texture is good and we like the flavor, to us they are very similar to the non-gluten free noodles."

"I've tried quite a few GF spaghettis & this is the best by far. I cook it the way that is mentioned on the front of the package-boil for 1-1/2 min. & then take off heat & cover for 18 min., a little less if I am using it in a casserole. Even the rest of my family likes it!"

The Best Gluten-Free Pasta Clone Out There

"I used to buy Quinoa Brand pasta but didn't like how it needed to be eaten immediately because it would lose moisture over time and harden again. I also found out that I was allergic to corn so I needed to find a new pasta. I have only bought the Tinkyada pastas that specifically say they are made with rice bran but they have been excellent. I cannot tell it is not wheat pasta.
I have used all of their pasta varieties. I have made pasta dishes, lasagna, noodle soups, cold salads, everything! My only advice is to make sure you have plenty of water for them to cook in and watch your timer. My cooking time is always over 10 minutes but varies up to 15 minutes. If you over boil it, just like wheat pasta, you will become over cooked pasta that goes to mush. Cook it perfect and it will do you no wrong."
