With Vitamin D3 Complex. 1,000 mg Calcium / 500 mg Magnesium / 400 I.U. Vitamin D3. Country Life offers the unique Target-Mins™ delivery system for increased effectiveness with mineral supplementation. First, we use a complex of free form amino acids and organic acids combined for increased absorption. Second, we use not only a 2 to 1 ratio of calcium to magnesium but also a 2 to 1 ratio of calcium to phosphorus. A clinical study has demonstrated that a 2 to 1 ratio of calcium to phosphorus is key for proper mineral utilization, and phosphorus plays an important role in bone structure. Based on these proven ratios, this product contains 1,000 mg of Calcium, 500 mg of Magnesium, and 500 mg of Phosphorus. "I've been using another liquid calcium, but this product's nutrient value & price looked better so I thought I'd try it. "After my recent hysterectomy, my doctor advised that I now require 1500mg of calcium per day. Since the body cannot absorb more than 500mg at a time, I was at a loss as what to do. Then I found this liquid calcium. I add it to a quart of juice, from which I sip all day long. This way, I get my full dose of calcium, spread out over the whole day. "Ive been using this product for a year now, Ive had gastric bypass (RNY) and my labs have always came back perfect, I will always use this product unless they stop making it, I would recommend it to others.
