"I am not a doctor and I have not carefully researched this product. I believe it has been and is being helpful to me. Among other things, it seems to be very helpful with my tendency towards dry skin.
The quality of the product appears to me to be very consistent and excellent.
I find the prices to be totally competitive. Good value."

"This product is great! I have used a comparable product for years that costs twice what this costs for the same quality. Using this product, I am confident that I get enough EFA each and every day. With so much mercury found in fish, I am reluctant to eat it too often, even though it is one of my favorite foods, so I get my EFAs by taking this. Additionally, I am a post-menopausal woman, and I find it keeps my skin and hair from becoming too dry. It also aids in controlling my depression. I am VERY satisfied."

"An opthomologist recommended that I try this for my dry eyes. It has worked wonders and I've tried other EFA products that didn't work. If your eyes water uncontrollably, this is the product for you. It works for my over 40 eyes."

"I am a true believer in EFA Complete and feel that this product has helped my skin as well as keep me heart healthy. Like most people, I just can't get enough fish in my diet and I am comfident with the quality of Vitacost NSI EFA Complete that I am supplementing sufficiently for that lack. I consider this an essential part of my daily health routine and would never be without it. I have also noticed that when I use this routinely and consistently, it seems to help any minor joint pains I may have. Not sure why, but just an observation."
