"I've been using this cocanut oil for a while now and I'm still waiting the wonderment of good health to happen (internet chat). Other than that it works real well with asian recipes and also with french fries. Though quite expensive it should be better than most cooking oils and it is.
Delightful on Popcorn and my body tells me it's far better than canola."

"I decided to start using coconut oil for my over all health. I am very happy with the product. My skin is so soft and healthy. I don't use a moisturizer. I juat take my coconut oil with every meal. If you take care of yourself from the inside, it will reflect on the outside. I have also noticed that by taking the oil with my meals I am more satified. I stay full much longer. I have the energy to do all that I need to do through out the day. I highly recomend this product. I hope that it will work as well for you as it has for me."

"A little goes a long way with this product. I use a small amount on my hair, also use it on my skin. The coconut smell is very mild. I also cook with it, eggs in the morning, sauteing something for dinner. I would buy this again."

"Hear that many consider this as effective moisturizer but for me, it just doesn't cut it; plus there's that little extra time needed to wait for it to absorb... just troublesome. Don't really use for cooking--keep on telling myself I will but aroma of the oil affects how I taste the food cuz I did try it a couple times and that's just not to my liking either. Too bad cuz I really wanted this to work out."

"Tenderizes meat and really makes baked goods very moist and fluffy. Very subtle coconut flavor/aroma, but if you're using other sauces it's imperceptible, if you don't like coconut flavor. Also good for dry skin and hair conditioner (a TINY bit goes a long way). Lastly I never thought to do this, but while BBQing we ran out of lighter fluid and my fiance used this oil as a substitute and it worked fine."

"This stuff gives your food a hint of sweetness. It does tend to smoke quicker at a lower temperature but that is addressed by not letting the oil just sit unattended for longer periods of time with no food in the oil.

I use this now for all my cooking needs."
