"The taste is awesome. Not bitter at all. We have been taking our omegas for several years now, and I tell everyone about them. This is the first time I've tried the Hemp oil. I usually use flax seed oil. I can not say enough about the necessity of Omegas. I purchased another bottle just yesterday.

"Am satisfied with product...I made the salad dressing recommended on bottle... 1 part hemp oil..1 part olive oil...1 part vinegar( used red wine vinegar) added basil, garlic, oregano, little salt, pepper and was delicious over a salad!!!!take a teaspoon every other day..why not?"
