"I had high hopes for the product because of the combination of protein and fiber. The product does not easily mix with milk or juices that I have tried. I now solely use it when I bake. Yes the end result will be a bit darker after baking but you can't beat the nutritional value it provides. Just sorry I couldn't take it in shake form...way too grainy for my taste."

"I have sensitivity to whey and soy. This is an excellent alternative. It needs to be mixed with strong tasting fruit like strawberries, Granny Smiths etc as it tastes a bit like like dirt. BUT I have had excellent results"

"I really love this stuff. Instead of drinking this in shake form, I typically use it the way most people use flax meal: I sprinkle it on salads, toast, cereal, sweet potatoes, ect. It really does have a great nutty taste to it. Nutiva recently changed the product to address bad-taste concerns from their customers and I think the taste has improved dramatically."

"Very good taste and you absolutely cannot go wrong with Hemp. I love Hemp seeds too. Tastes nutty and has a insane amount of fiber. I wish these supplement companies used more environmentally freindly containers. I don't understand why they can't use recycled cardboard. Please make them with cardboard, I am willing to pay more."

"This shake is delicious! I add a frozen banana, strawberries, hemp seeds, vanilla, coconut oil and agave nectar and it is delicious. Sometimes to put extra greens powder in it to add a serving of veges. I highly recommend this product. I love the flavor and texture. Enjoy!"
