"The capsules are bigger than I thought but it good stuff. I was expecting side effects since it's supposed to be taken at night and it relaxes you but it doesn't and I'm glad because I know it's natural. I'm very satisfied with it."

"Twinlab's ZMA was my first foray into any ZMA products and all I can truly say that as a sleep aid for me, it's FANTASTIC. No more 2 a.m. insomnia bouts. Just peaceful, restful sleep. I do tend to be a bit drowsy in the morning, but it shakes off pretty quickly.

In addition to all the other health benefits this Zinc/Magnesium/B6 combo delivers, plus the trusted Twinlab name, just makes it a win-win situation. I've been a fan of Twinlabs products in the past; this ZMA formula doesn't disappoint. Also, Vitacost's great price (the best I've seen around) makes this a GREAT buy!"

"I would have to say that this product is amazing if you use it 3 capsules a day for 30 days. It really helps you sleep great at night after a really hard lift, and I noticed that I wasn’t as sore the next day. To get the most out of it you still have to use it on non-training days too. If you use it right and train hard you’ll see noticeable body composition changes."
