"I used these capsules along w blessed thistle to boost my milk supply. It works very well. I need to take quite a bit more than the amount recommended on the bottle, but this is still a STEAL compared to the breastfeeding support herbal preparations on the market. If you don't mind swallowing handfuls of capsules, this is probably a good product for you."
