"I was a bit disappointed in this probiotic. based on the reviews, i thought it would be fantastic! Unfortunately for me, it is ok, no bad side effects like bloating, gas, or urgency to get to restroom. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks which is the time suggested for a new probiotic to see how it works. However, I have taken a few others which helped me be more "regular" without the need to take fiber supplements, but I have to use the fiber supplements with this product. I am very sensitive to fillers that companies use and I will get sick from lower quality products. That is why I rated this product high for quality because they don't use lower quality/unhealthy fillers which makes me sick."
