"In March, 2008, I was walking briskly, tripped, and fell hard on pavement. I was 77 years old at the time. I went down on one knee, both hands, and my face. There is no way to know for sure, but I am convinced that the reason that the only thing broken was my nose is that I had been taking strontium regularly for years before the fall. I have slender wrists, and I am amazed that they did not break. I'm even more grateful that I did not have a broken hip."

"Giving this product time since I heard can be up to 2 years to show improvement. I now take the Bone Booster with it. The NSI products are exceptional, so I am not for sure if improvement from all other products influence this one."

"I have taken strontium on two different occassions for broken bones. The first was a small bone in my foot, and the surgeon said it was a nonunion that would never heal without surgery. I decided to try natural methods so I wore a surgical waling boot, too high does of strontium and other natural products, and the bone healed. The other was a recent broken great toe. It healed in four weeks. I believe strontium helped the healing in both cases."

"Original research of many years shows that for bone density and healthy teeth a proper alkaline pH is essential. Nothing else would or could work, I realized. A pH under 7 is acidic, at 7 neutral, and above 7 alkaline; best at 7.5 in my experience! The pH gives us the state of acidity or alkalinity of liquids (e.g. saliva and urine). We know from swimming pools that the pH determines the quality of the water: increased acidity destroys pool walls as well as teeth, and corrodes bones. The state of one's teeth gives early information about the state of one's bones, I found. It is not easy to be and stay alkaline with common, acid-forming foods and in an acidic environment, inhaling herbicides, pesticides, fabric softeners and other acid-forming fumes. The Strontium capsules I bought from Vitacost have helped greatly to improve the pH. It was the best I found to balance the pH besides the powerful use of Color*MedicineTM, which however takes 1/2 hour to an hour a day. Thank you, Vitacost, for your product, 5 stars!"

"I had tried various products to improve my bone density with no results except to slow down the loss. Then I read in several health newsletters that strontium is a mineral that builds bone density along with calcium. I tried it and it works - after my last bone density scan, my doctor said to keep doing what I'm doing. I take 2 Strontium capsules in the morning and liquid calcium at night - these two minerals work together but should not be taken at the same time. I have shopped around and this product is the best price I have found. I highly recommend it."
