"I bought this after taking a much lower dose vinegar pill. I took this product with food, and no matter what I did it ended up giving me the WORST heart burn feelings I've ever had for about 5 minutes!
Price and everything was great, shipped quick, I just didnt react well to it."

"I was drinking the apple cider, which I am probably going to go back to doing.. the "mother" is not mentioned and that is the whole benefit of having apple cider in the diet. Does anyone know if there is mother in the product or if there are apple cider pills that have the mother? Is that possible?"

"I take this product for heartburn. I've been told that apple cider vinegar can help (as odd as that may sound) with heartburn. I tried taking vinegar diluted with water and just couldn't stomach it. These capsules do not irritate my stomach at all. I take 2 capsules a day and RARELY have heartburn when I used to have and episode 1-2 times per week.

Every now and then I will get a vinegar burp, but it's mild and worth the benefits.

I can't comment on the weight loss benefits."

"I could never make a daily habit of drinking Apple Cider Vinegar. This is a wonderful alternative. Because I take it in conjuction with so many other Vita-Cost products, I cannot say with certainty that it alone makes a dynamic difference physiologically. I do suggest that you take it with meals as instructed on the package instructions. I also drink two full glasses of water after taking these. If you can smell the slight odor of it through your pores you are not drinking enough water, or you are not taking it as directed."

"The capsules are a definite alternative to taking cider vinegar "straight" or in water. Or in ANYTHING!

I can get my benefits from cider vinegar without having to drink the cider vinegar from a glass. If you have ever tried to take cider vinegar in a glass, you know what I mean.

And the capsules work!"
