Horny goat weed, also called Epimedium or Yin Yang Huo, is a small, ground-bearing shrub with wide, heart-shaped leaves that resemble ivy. "I am 49 and have been using goat weed for about 5 years. It has always performed well for me. Increases rock to the point that I wake up duro often. Also increases endurance. I generally take one capsule at lunch time. Their is a big difference when I don't take them. They seem to stimulate hormones or something, not really sure. However after about a week of taking them they show results. Also a week after not taking them its noticeable. Every man is different of course, but this is definitely worth a try. Does not matter what brand. Ive tried many and they all seem to work. Read the the 10% standardized whatever is what to look for."

"Have not noticed any significant difference but, my Doc found that my testosterone was on the high side of normal. I can't say if there was an improvement to begin with because I had no knowledge what my level was before I took the product. He said that for a diabetic in his 50's, this was a healthy level. I believe that NSI Goat Weed Complex may be a contributor."
