"At first I didn't think this product was doing anything for me but two weeks after first taking it I noticed that I was loosing about a pound every three days. Now that I am able to exercise again I have found that I am getting lean really fast. I have for many years had a problem with to much estrogen in my system and after my last set of blood tests, which were about sixty days after beginning the DIM, my doctor was amazed at how normal my levels had become and immediately wanted to know what I was doing differently. I recommend this product to all men."

"My doctor put me on Androgel about a year ago. One of the side effects seems to be more estrogen in the system. I started to take the DIM to keep the testosterone from aromatizing into estrogen. After taking this product for several months I had another blood draw and the estrogen levels had dropped back in the normal range, so it really does seem to work."

"I've been using this product for around 6 months and I can tell that my moods are consistently level and I rarely get hot flashes. I rarely experience cramps and breast tenderness. "Can't say if the absorption is top-notch, but the amount and the extras (like Broccolinate) make up for this. The price is superb. Beware of other DIMs which are more expensive, have less extras, less capsules, and similar absorption. I HAVE NOTICED the effects of good DIM, though, from THIS product. Effects like leaner body-mass, more "testoterone" like feelings, and a certain quality to urine that shows I'm eliminating bad estrogen (sorry for that...). FINALLY, DIM should be taken FOR LIFE and the price makes this possible. I'd buy if I were you, and I have bought many already."
