"Recent writing on Vitamin E has said that you can get too much Vitamin E from pills, that in fact you can overdose. So I was looking for a way to cut back. This pill, which combines a small but very diverse set of types of Vitamin E (various tocopherols & tocotrienols) with a low dose of CoQ10 seemed to be the way to go. All you need is the 30 mg of CoQ10, and you can make your own decision whether to take a separate pill for more E if you think you need it. I just placed my second order for this combo pill, so I think I got a good deal here (tocotrienols, in particular, by themselves, are expensive!). I give it only 3 stars for effectiveness because I have no way of knowing whether it's really making any difference (but that's true of most vitamins). Point is, if you want to stay healthy, a wide variety of antioxidants is, for me anyway, a pretty good way to do it. Read Packer's "The Antioxidant Miracle" (still available in many public libraries) for more info."
