"I am assuming that one knows what they are buying based on what the ingredients are on the bottle which in my opinion are great, so I write this review on practical everyday use of this product.
This product mixes easily with anything.
Tastes good for what it is. Is bright orange in color and will stain whatever it comes in contact with. The bottle is prone to drips and this stuff always drips down the sides. Running under tap water cleans up nice. Here is the BUT some people that have tried this product have experienced a niacin flush type reaction. If this is not a factor for you it is a Top Notch product. Keep in mind this is primarily a vitamin product and has very little minerals in it."

"The taste is better than other liquid vitamin products that I've tried and I was able to reduce the number of capsules that I take. I'm now taking less "stuff" and getting more nutritional value. I recommended it to a co-worker who had gastric bypass surgery and she loves it."

"Mr. Gilham's products have a good reputation in general.
The taste of this product is exceptionally good.
In fact if you add to capfuls into a fruit drink it actually enhances the taste of the drink.

My current favorite drink is:
Three or four bananas, some berries when they are not too awfully expensive, an apple, grape juice and orange juice, a spoonful of nut butter, some flax seeds, New Chapter Very Berry (or whatever exactly the name of their green food is) some Bentonite, Gilhams mineral mix and the vitamin mix, some psyllium seed husks, and some rice protein powder. All in a blender of course. You need to drink fairly soon because of the psyllium husks coagulating.

Sounds like A LOT, I know, but I use this as my dinner many nights. The psyllium seed husks adds a good deal of bulk, so you feel fairly full after waiting about 20 minutes or so.

Some folks might want to leave out the orange juice, but in general this is a great mix regardless of allergies, etc."

"I switched to this vitamin supplement from a capsule just to change up for the spring. It works great, no stomach upset etc. However... the taste is definately unusual, I couldnt take it straight so now I mix it with my morning shake and this is much better. Not an awful taste, just a bit odd."
