"I've been purchasing a lot of NSI products and so far have been happy with them. However, I am not happy with this product. After taking the pill (with food) I would be burping up a fishy taste for several hours. It was horrible! I tried taking them for several days to see if I would get used to them, but that did not happen. Consequently, I went to a store to purchase another product."

"The jury's still out...I tried Krill capsules last time because the fishy-ness kept repeating on me. The Krill didn't seem to cause that. This brand, however, smells quite fishy in the bottle, which makes me a little nervous. I keep it in the fridge and try to take it right before a meal to "bury it." Would probably buy it again...not sure yet."

"Starting taking Krill Oil upon the advice of my Chiropractor after having a rib-head go out (extremely painful!). Noticed an immediate improvement in neck and upper back problems. "When I purchased this item I thought it would be great because I so dislike the after taste of fish oil softgels and this product claimed not to have that effect. NOT TRUE and worse after I have used the this product for about 2 weeks not only do I have the after taste but when I open the container the smell is enough to make you sick. It smells like shrimp that has been sitting in the sun all day. Maybe I got a bad batch, I am willing to try it one more time. I will let you know if I get the same results."

"I have used this product on and off for many years, and have found it to be totally consistent in its quality. I do think it is a bit overpriced, however, and am more and more partial to the private label chlorella powder I now alternate with. "I bought this krill oil with the hopes of improving my engergy, skin, hair and cholesterol. Nothing improved. The smell of the gel caps is terrible. With every dose I had the fish burps... grossed me out... I finished taking them because of the cost. The only thing I did like about the krill oil is the size of the gel caps. Way too expensive for something that did not deliver the health benefits. I went back to my carlson fish oil 1000 mgs... I think there is a lot of hype going on here...."

"Although this product has a good price, it also comes with a definite fishy smell and aftertaste -- very similar to what I've experienced with fish oil products. Also, the product title implies that you get 300 Softgels of 1000 mg each, but they are actually only 500 mg each. It's 1000 mg per serving and 2 pills per serving. I've used MegaRed also and can say that it has absolutely NO smell or aftertaste -- and costs a lot more. Sometimes you do get what you pay for."

"Was taking NSI 3005017 fish oil and was having digestive problems started taking Krill oil, digestive problems gone. knee pain almost gone I walk 2 miles a day on a treadmill and it seems to work better on lowering my cholesterol and triglicerides.
