"We are always on the lookout for mints without artificial sugars in them. This fit the bill, so we tried them and LOVE them! They are small and dissolve quickly enough that we let our small kids eat them. They keep your breath nice and fresh and taste great. I usually have two at a time, but the kids only get one. "I have only been using this product for about 1 month in addition to the Spry toothpaste. My mouth has not felt this good with so little work in far to many years. Keeping my mouth healthy has been very difficult for many many years, no matter how hard I try. This last month I have put in very little extra work(daily flossing, perio-aid) and my mouth feels great. Before using this product I would not skip more than 2 days of extra cleaning. This month I have hardly done any of it. I do believe that more time is needed to fully assess this, but so far I am a believer. Do try it and see if it is what you need."
