"This is a great vitamin to take. I will point out that it is recommend to take 6 tabs a day and they are large but well worth the benefits that you receive. It really has helped to balance my emtions and hormones during this time in my life. I am 50 and in great physical help and I would like to attribute part of that to the Multiple Plus Vitamins."

"These are the first vitamins I have been able to keep down. I seem to be sensitive to an ingredient in most daily vitamins that makes me feel sick about 15 minutes after taking them. These Women's Plus Multistart don't cause me any problems and I take them twice a day. I have also noticed I have had increased energy since taking these regularly. I highly recommend them."

"I'm soon to be 47 and suddenly had a hard time sleeping because of hot flashes and night sweats. I have a blood clotting disorder so I cannot have any kind of hormone therapy. "I have never taken a vitamin supplement that works so effectively and so quickly. I am one of those people who hate taking any kind of pill, but I have been in the "perimenopausal FOG" for the last couple of years. I noticed a difference within 3-4 days.
