"Yummmmmmy flavor and blissful sleep! I had restless leg syndrome as have many of my patients, this product works very well taken 30-40 minutes prior to retiring to bed, disolves best with warm water... and is calming that way, great for those who suffer with constipation problems, too!"

"The taste is quite nice; no after-taste. It's a bit slow to dissolve. I use very hot water & set it aside to cool, stirring ocassionally. Mixing it in a clear-glass or dark cup makes it easier to see when it's all dissolved. It's usually well dissolved by the time it's cooled to the temp I like to drink."

"This product has a good price. It fails because it does not dissolve completely like the the original "Calm" product. The NSI flavor is great, in fact the flavor is better than the Calm product, but I will never purchase it again because after trying to make a serving, there is gritty undissolved product in the bottom of my mixing container, even when using warm water. The product fizzes up initially, but does not dissolve completely. Fix that problem and you will have a winner. The original Calm product advertises that they are the only one that dissolves completely."
