"After Day 1 of taking this supplement I experienced severe abdominal/intestinal cramping and gas as well as fatigue. After Day 2 the side effects began to worsen. I stopped taking the supplement immediately but the effects did not subside. I thought I was getting the flu (fever, aches, severe chills, nausea, vomiting) but then the feelings finally subsided after 4 days! I did not have the flu or any other illness. I had no idea the CoQ10 side effects until I researched it on the web after becoming ill. Just a warning to sensitive people."
