"I started taking this after having fibroids show up in a mammogram. I have no idea if it is working for this purpose, but I figured it would not hurt to try.
What I wasn't counting on was the amazing PMS support as a bonus. I recently ceased taking the pill and had a horrific, agonizing cycle. I started taking these, and the next month I didn't even realize my period had started. All my PMS symptoms had either completely abated or were reduced significantly. This is one I'm definitely going to keep taking."

"I wouldn't go a day without it! No more premenstrual or perimenopause symptoms such as breast tenderness or mood swings. I feel so much more balanced! "I have been using this product for about 2 months now. I was skeptical at first...but after 2 periods, I have not had the usual migraine headaches about 2 days into my period and my breasts have not been nearly as sore the week before my period.
