"I've used many Glucosamine supplements over the years, and Move Free Advanced is definitely the best and most effective. I can really tell the difference if I don't take it for even a day. Two tablets w/a meal every day keeps my joints healthy. Now, when I garden, I don't feel such stiffness in my knees. Highly recommend this supplement."
