"I used two bottles of iron-tek's zma. I primarily noticed a good deep sleep each night. I think it worked best on an empty stomach, something the bottle says nothing about. I had some crazy vivid dreams. And I felt it helped me with rest and recovery from my workouts. I don't know about it's ability to help you build muscle. I didn't notice anything different in that department. But for rest and recovery alone this product was good."

"This was the first time that I tried the supplement, ZMA. I had never used a product from Iron-Tek. I purchased this product because it was vegetarian, but each time I used this product, I developed a bad case of gas. It continued each time that I tried it. I had to discontinue use, but I still needed to see if the product ZMA was worth a try, so I purchase SNAC ZMA. So far no gas, but I don't think I'll buy ZMA again. We'll see."

"I am presently undergoing a three session per day training program Mondays to Fridays which consists of a long run in session #1, gym and plyometrics session #2, and track speed work session #3 and I must say I am able to complete all my training sessions with my coach smiling.
I believe Iron-Tek Max Growth is helping my body to recover fast enough for each day's training session."

"This stuff really makes my sleep deeper, and my body feels well-recovered when I take it after a hard workout. (you are supposed to take it daily, but to save money I only take it on days when I do heavy weight lifting)"
