"I have tried several varieties of weight management shakes or supplements and this is the best yet. It mixes easily in a shaker bottle and the chocolate tastes very good. It is best if you put ice in the shaker as the taste is better when very cold. I do wish you got more in that large container, as you run out pretty fast. It does help to fill you up and helps you eat less. A good morning or mid afternoon drink."

"I have tried many low carb shakes, but I have to stay away from the soy ones. This one has helped me lose 8 pounds in two weeks. I alternate daily with Alive! Ultra-Shake as well. Sometimes I will use the ReSet shake twice daily, sometimes once in the morning only. The other meals I try to keep low in calories and fat. It makes the ideal meal replacement- low carb/low GI load, low fat, low calories, low sugar, low sodium, and nothing artificial! I feel so much better since starting this shake! The chocolate flavor is the best flavor; try adding some chocolate almond milk or skim milk for a richer consistency. Definately worth a try!!"

"Really works in supressing hunger! Tried strawberry & vanilla but chocolate tastes much better, seems to fill you up more. Wish it had more powder for your buck though! It gets expensive to use on a consistant basis, so I think that the company should come up with a larger size and actually fill it to the top! Worth the money though!"

"This is by far the worst tastiing protein shake I've ever had. I've been using protein powder for the past 20 years. I have to mix 2 tbl of another banana protein powder in with it so that I can tolerate the taste.

"I tried the chocolate and it is so delicous! I couldn't beleive there was no strange vitaminey taste. I asked my Picky, Nay saying husband and he Loved it. I doubted my own taste buds and asked him if there was even a bit of strange taste and he said no. Trying to eat five small meals a day with this can't see a problem. They use stevia to sweeten and its perfect.not too sweet. My stomach was so full and lasted till bed time so no late night snack for me!!! LOVE THIS STUFF!!"

"I've had other protein type shakes before and they had a bad taste and really didn't help with sugar cravings, etc. This shake is the best I've ever had.
