"I had elevated PSA numbers at my last physical exam and began taking Green Tea Extract after doing a lot of reseach. 3 months later, my PSA number has been cut in half. Is it because of the Green Tea Extract? I can't be 100% sure, but it's headed in the right direction, since I've been taking it. It sure can't hurt."

"I have been 146.2 for a year or more, and on my way to gaining more. Nothing would work for me, as I was hungry all the time. I've taken the Green Tea sense May 11'09 and am now down to 136.4 One happy lady :) my goal is to reach 120 by end of the summer. Sooner would be OK too. I have shared this product w/all my girl~friends hopefully they will try it."

"I used to use a well known green tea tablet sold at most stores. It was quite expensive.

"Not only is green tea good for other things in your body that of course I'm not aware of but I take it every day by noon for that extra pick me up in the afternoon. If I take it too late in the afternoon I can't sleep till after 2 a.m. So that's one thing I keep in mind when I'm taking my green tea. I like it for the energy I get from green tea. Also of course all the other things it's good for doesn't hurt. It's an A+ product in my book."

"I think NSI's Green Tea Extract provides an extremely beneficial product in a comparatively cost effective and easy to take form. My main quibble is that I would like to see NSI and other vendors offer larger discounts for larger sized bottles with more capsules to encourage less waste for packaging and frequent shipping. But I think the product is great. Those of us who read labels and do some research have noted that NSI's Green Tea Extract offers a high value of Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG) -- the effective ingredient in green tea. It is easy to take and many either can't or won't drink enough tea to match what these capsules provide. The variety of benefits green tea extract offers are very impressive and warrant research for people with health conditions to see if green tea extract might help. Often in taking supplements it is hard to notice clear signs of change or benefit. In the case of green tea extract, there are so many well-documented benefits it offers that I think it overwhelms a skeptical attitude. As always, people should be attentive to potential side effects and risks in taking this or any other supplement, and it is probably a good idea to let your doctor know what supplements you are taking, especially to guard against possible drug interaction."

"I have been using this green tea extract for over a year. I notices a significant boost in my energy level when I started taking it and I find that I need less sleep. I compared NSI's green tea with many others, and have found that is had the highest potency of EGCG among them, and it was also the best value. I have taken this on an empty stomach before with a small glass of water with no problems."
