"I understand that Chromium is useful in weight loss and I think this is a good product. I'm not sure yet if it's going to be highly effective for me. I have not seen dramatic changes in my weight, but also my weight has stabilized and is no longer drifting upward. That in itself is valuable, of course. My wife, on the other hand, has also been using the product, along with lifestyle changes, and has lost significant amounts of weight. Go figure - it's certainly worth a try at the price at which it's offered."
