"The Omega-3 mini gels aren't really mini, they are just a little bigger than a tylenol gelcap, but they are a lot easier to swallow than the regular huge ones. Since it is easy, now I take them all the time. It takes 4 to make one dose because of the smaller size."

"I have gotten this product for a long time, but since they changed the size and taste, I do not care for it like I did the other. Before the change, the capsules were larger and you only had to take 2 and now you have to take 4...thus making the bottle be used twice as fast. The other thing is that the taste now is fishy as opposed to the cotton candy tasting ones before."

"I was taking the NSI Mega EFA product in the larger pill size and was a definite fan of the quality and value offered by the product. However, I wanted my entire family to get the benefits of a high-quality Omega-3 fatty acid supplement. The smaller size of the NSI Mega EFA 2 product fit the bill. Now, my young children swallow the softgel easily as part of their daily supplement routine. I recommend taking the product right before a meal to minimize any fish burps by "burying" the fish oil. I have found that even when taking this product after a meal, fish burps are minimized as the fish smell/taste is less pronounced than with other products."
