"Before I started taking this product I would have tenderness and cramping before and during my monthly cycle. Now that I am taking this product I very rarely have either of these symptoms. Now I have to look at my calendar to determine when my cycle is due."

"Over the last few years I've noticed my hormones are getting ::just a little:: out of whack. I haven't had luck with hormone balancing through BC and looked for over the counter options. These little pills give me just the right amout of balancing to keep me sane and level headed throughout the month.
Originally I bought them in a health food store, but I'm so glad to have found them at Vita Cost!! This is BY FAR the best price out there!!!!"
