"These bars taste great and are pretty nutritious. Low sat fat content and fairly low sugar. Not as healthy as the RocknRoll nut bar from Labrada but taste is better. Just like a candy bar."

"Taste and quality of the product are the main items I looked at in choosing a protein bar. For me, this had a good blend of taste/quality. Labrada is a respected company. Like other protein bars, this one contained more fat than I would like, but it's probably needed for the taste, so I can't complain. For those who feel that it has too many calories, they can split the bar in half, which will reduce the # of calories per serving."
