"I used to buy the muscle milk before, but I was looking for a less sweet product, I tried this NSI and it works almost as good as the muscle milk but, the flavor is horrible either with milk or water, I bought the vanilla flavor but I still have to add some fruit to it otherwise is not very drinkable. I'm going back to muscle milk."

"The taste is horrible . . . like paint thinner. It seemed like a good price given the 5 pound weight. However, you can't tell until after you make the purchase that you need double the servings (2 scoops) to get the recommended amount of protein per sitting. I am going back to the Gold Standard brand after I choke down this bottle."

"I have tried just about every protein powder out there. The last one I found that tasted decent was Balance 40/30/30 that was 13 yrs ago. I was shocked at how well it tasted..yum-o! I use 2 scoops in my smoothie. I can even mix it with just water it tastes that good. I used to have to use milk to mask the taste of the chalky and gross tasting powders. It mixes completely and easily, tastes good and the protein keeps you full for several hours. I will stick with this one for good!"
