Provides 22 grams of protein per serving! Naturally sweetened, with no artificial flavors or colors! How Does NSI® Natural Whey Protein Complex Work? Whey protein is derived from cow's milk and provides the body with several important amino acids, including leucine, isoleucine and valine. It may help with muscle tissue maintenance, speeding recovery time after workouts and providing immune system support. Unlike milk protein, whey protein does not contain fat or lactose sugar. And unlike other whey protein products, NSI® Natural Whey Protein Complex doesn't contain aspartame or other artificial sweeteners. Instead, we use xylitol and stevia, two plant-based, all-natural sweeteners, both low in calories and delicious-tasting. NSI® Natural Whey Protein Complex also contains Aminogen®, a naturally derived plant enzyme ingredient that “jump starts” the protein digestive process by bursting large, bonded and chained amino acids into smaller free form amino acids. Aminogen® has also been found to help with some of the common side effects of high protein dieting, such as gas, bloating and indigestion. NSI® Natural Whey Protein Complex is better because it:. - "Comes in a five" pound canister, with enough powder for almost 70 servings! - Can be mixed easily with a spoon into your favorite beverage, or added to blender-made shakes and smoothies. Did You Know? All NSI supplements are packaged in HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) bottles. These bottles keep moisture vapor out, protecting the freshness and integrity of their contents, and are 400% more effective compared other brands currently using PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottles. HDPE bottles do not break as glass can and are also recyclable so we urge you to please recycle them.

Money waste due to poor taste,
June 30, 2009
By StarihaFamfrom Alabama
"Trust me when I say this, I've been in the Bobybuilding scene since 1991 and this is by far the worse protein product I've tasted in 18 yrs. I have tasted and have been able to gut allot of things, but this one tops the list. I don't even take this protein when I'm in a pinch. Sorry NSI.......you have some great products, but this isn't one of them."

Good for the price,
June 8, 2009

"Hard to rate a protein powder really, but I've been making progress strength-wise since I started using it, so chances are it's helping. It tastes ok and mixes really easily, and those are good bonuses. I'm going to buy more and see how I get on. If I had more cash I might try another one, but this seems to be good enough for now."

Not As Good As Optimum Whey,
May 13, 2009
By pefsterfrom Chicago, IL
"Mixes fairly easily, but not as easily as Optimum Whey, good flavor, but not as good as OW, not as sweet and not as rich as OW (I like their Vanilla Ice Cream flavor); a few dollars less expensive than OW, but I'll go back to OW once this runs out"

Great value and taste,
March 13, 2009
By mrd232from Quakertown, PA
"I've tried some other, lesser brands of protein. This product is so much better. It's one of very few products that doesn't contain artificial sweeteners such as aspartame or sucralose. It doesn't have a chalky after taste and blends well. It works well added to milk, juice, or hot cereal. I'll be buying this again."

Good Product for the Price,
March 11, 2009
By pinkolives
"I appreciate that there are no artificial sweeteners in this protein powder, it's becoming harder and harder to find powder without them. I usually just stir it up with a fork and there are still some lumps but if you put it into a blender with a frozen banana or ice cubes it is delicious!"

Great Whey, Great Taste,
February 19, 2009

"I like the ingredients on this way much better than others. Instead of artificial sweeteners, they use stevia and xylitol, which are both natural and healthy. So, only 1g of sugar. Plus, the price can't be beat!"

"My husband takes this to work for a snack during the day. He combines it with powdered milk in a jar then adds water at work, shakes and enjoys. Though the flavor is weaker than others he's tried he enjoys the fact that it doesn't have sugar or artificial sweeteners."

Gets the job done.,
February 8, 2009
By Ehrstrahnafrom Bloomfield, NJ
"I've been using this for a few months and I have it everyday. I'm a 32 year old female with no time in the morning to cook a proper breakfast so I make a shake with this stuff, berries, bananas, yogurt, flax oil, peanut butter, amazing grass superfood and it keeps me going all morning long. Some may be buying this product to bulk up and build muscle and while I do workout, cardio and weights, I can't say for certain that it has given me that extra muscular edge. I buy this stuff religiously because it makes me feel good and the cost is fits my wallet."

Good relative quality,
November 5, 2008
By adm1138
"I've been using this product since switching from Pro Complex about 6 months ago. I go through a fair amount of protein, and the PC was getting a little pricey for me.
Since I get a fair amount of protein from regular food sources, the NSI whey is a good way to have a portable source when a vat of cottage cheese or egg whites aren't an option.
It's not the highest quality product out there, but for the price, it's definitely worth it if you're just looking for a supplement to your diet (not as your sole source of protein).
It also doesn't have any vitamin or mineral supplements in it, so if you're switching from a full featured product like I was, make sure you take that into account and supplement accordingly. I'd highly recommend the Animal Pak."

Too much WPC in the blend,
October 31, 2008
By SteveKfrom San Diego
"I like that they went with natural sweetners which is what more companies should do, but the ratio of whey protein concentrate vs whey protein isolate causes too much bloating. Still, I understand that the use of natural sweetners is rather cost prohibitive so they make up for it by using a higher concentration of WPC which is cheaper than WPI and therefore keeps cost down.
Optimum's 100% whey is a better choice for a WPC/WPI blend and Nature's Best Isopure is a great WPI."

Taste too much,
October 8, 2008
By Ozzmanfrom Wheeling, IL
"This product does NOT taste good at all. I believe it is the sweetener they use in place of sugar. This has a strange metallic taste and also does not mix well at all. I'm so happy I have 5 pounds of this garbage. Would it kill a company to make protein with normal sugar?"
