"WELL I READ THE INGREDIENTS IN THIS SUPPLEMENT AND WANTED TO GIVE IT THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND TRY IT. BUT TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT I WAS INITIALLY RIGHT. "I've been taking these for a few weeks now, and pretty much agree with everyone else - it's subtle, but there is a smooth energy boost from these.
I'm curious if they contain calories, though. I didn't see anything on the label, but bee pollen and royal jelly are supposed to be rich in protein. I'm curious if these contain calories?"

"I took the maximum recommended dose and after 2 months, I still didn't notice any difference. I take a lot of supplements, so that might have had something to do with it. These might be great for women that don't ingest any other energy supplements and are looking for a super mild "pick-me-up"."

"A pick-me-up without stimulants. You may think 6 cups of coffee will do the same thing, but you don't have the snap back downer effect a few hours later. Ultra 357 gets your body to increase its energy production, but is isn't from a temporary caffine buzz. It is much more normal functioning at a better level."

"Get off the coffee addiction. Get out of the unnecessary dehydration. Start your morning with these natural herbs that will will keep you running without the jump and the drop like the caffeine or other harmful energy drinks. I usually take siberian ginseng but the mixture of the other herbs like gotu kola, etc. gives so much more benefits! I pop 3 caps before going to work along with my breakfast. I'm a driver for my work and I have to stay focus, alert at all times driving the big truck. I have to say that not only am I so much more focused, but I noticed that my memory has significantly improved! I love this product. I recommended it to my girlfriend."

"My husband and I love this product. We have taken Stacker, Charge and several other non-ephedra products over the years, but always complained of the crash and burn you experience feeling after the product has worn off. "I never would have thought that a natural product could possibly keep me awake and energized without feeling jittery. I tried caffeine pills and those were a nightmare, but these really do give me a little extra oomph. I wouldn't recommend them if you are planning on using them to stay up all night on because they are not very strong, just enough to give a little oomph."
