Promotes healthy circulation! Stimulates release of human growth hormone (HGH). How Does NSI® L-Arginine Work? L-arginine is an amino acid that plays an important part in the body's production of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide promotes vasodilation (relaxation of blood vessels), helping to maintain healthy blood flow throughout the body. Because of this effect, l-arginine is considered useful for concerns that improve with enhanced circulation, including men's sexual health. NSI® L-Arginine is better because it:. Contains a high potency dose of 1,800 mg of l-arginine per 2 capsule serving. Did You Know? All NSI supplements are packaged in HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) bottles. "Great product and price. I only use one or two a day. However I see a big difference in my vascularity when I work out and it also helps to keep my libido quite strong. Sometimes I take this along with NSI brand tribulus and or maca. It has not failed me yet and I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to buy NSI brand of all my supplements."

"I tried l-arginine for its vasodilatory effects (l-arginine is converted into nitric oxide, which is a vasodilator) in attempt to improve my workouts. However I learned in school that amino acids like l-glutamine, l-arginine, might not even make it past the gastric acid in the stomach where it is degraded. I wouldn't buy this product again as I would rather spend money on healthy food in which I know I am ingesting nutrients that are bioavaible to my body.
However, I am always a fan of the placebo effect..."

"I have 2 forms of Lupus & just had ANOTHER Hospital stay (Reflare/blood clot, etc.) Yuk. Nearly had to spend my 10 yr. Wedding Anniversary in Room 501. Due to the meds, I'm taking these, my cinnamon & lots of Calcium due to scoliosis & Menopause. I've heard about Nitric Oxide as I watch QVC & Dr. Edward Taub & his partner raved about this item in their book. I'm so glad that Vitacost carries this in a size (& price!) we can afford! Thanks!"
