L-arginine is an amino acid that plays an important part in the body's production of nitric oxide. "Great product and price. I only use one or two a day. However I see a big difference in my vascularity when I work out and it also helps to keep my libido quite strong. Sometimes I take this along with NSI brand tribulus and or maca. It has not failed me yet and I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to buy NSI brand of all my supplements."

"I tried l-arginine for its vasodilatory effects (l-arginine is converted into nitric oxide, which is a vasodilator) in attempt to improve my workouts. However I learned in school that amino acids like l-glutamine, l-arginine, might not even make it past the gastric acid in the stomach where it is degraded. I wouldn't buy this product again as I would rather spend money on healthy food in which I know I am ingesting nutrients that are bioavaible to my body.
However, I am always a fan of the placebo effect..."

"I have 2 forms of Lupus & just had ANOTHER Hospital stay (Reflare/blood clot, etc.) Yuk. Nearly had to spend my 10 yr. Wedding Anniversary in Room 501. Due to the meds, I'm taking these, my cinnamon & lots of Calcium due to scoliosis & Menopause.
