"Originally I didn't think anything of this stuff, but I gave it a try, and still didn't think anything of it, just thought it was an expensive vitamin. I used to buy it a a health food store, until I found this site, and I decided to just keep trying it, since I could afford it, but still thought it was a waste of money. But then after 2 years, I realized I didn't catch any cold or flu, but I thought maybe it was just a coincidence, but then another year passed by, and I didn't catch any cold or flu. I read that the body needs trace minerals, but we don't get them in our food anymore, since the soil is depleted. I've now gone 5 years with no cold and no flu, I know that it's not any coincidence now. I take 1 ounce per day, everyday of the year, I'd gladly spend this little bit of money to avoid sickness, if I take a day off from work, I'll loose way more money, and forget the money, I hate the flu. I'm so glad I discovered something that works."
