"I wouldn't want to sway people against the product because it has everthing in it I would look for...ex: C3 Complex with Bioperine; not to mention the benefit of increased mg. with no stomach upset. I only know that my bone aches returned while taking this brand same as they do when I take a break from my other brand of curcumin. Thats no proof of anything, just my own thoughts."

"I purchased the Curcumin with Bioperine for its 1160 mg quantity of curcuminoids and 120 count size. At that concentration I can take 2 tabs per day to receieve 2 grams of product daily for one month. The addition of bioperine is said to enhance the bioavailability. I've set a google alert on "turmeric" and each day receive articles on the efficacy of this supplement. No side effects. Long term benefit from use of curcumin is something we'll all have to wait 25 years to determine as taking such products is an act of faith following research into their benefit."

Forget the Advil!,

"As a nurse, I am always asked my opinion. People usually talk to me about some sort of "pain" but they "don't want to take a lot of pills." I've been taking Curcumin for several years, mainly because it has such amazing anti-inflammatory properties. -I don't need Advil for my shoulder and foot pain (injuries I sustained as a nurse over the years). Also, Curcumin is considered to be the most vital of the herbs..noted for it's help with cognition, skin and protective effects against free-radicals (cancer causing particles that bombard our bodies). The only side effect I notice after taking the tablet is a vague curry-like taste to burps....not so bad if you like curry! :) This is a good product, but I've noticed more effective absorption in liquid form. Overall, I'd recommend it based upon value for the dollar, but chose a liquid if you are given the chance. Irwin Naturals has a great liquid Curcumin (also known as Turmeric)."

It Really Works...Amazing,

"I have been living with joint pain since I was 20 years old (that's when I had my first knee operation). I am a power walker and I couldn't walk 2 miles without taking 4 ibuprofen afterward for the pain. I started taking Turmeric a couple of months ago and am amazed at how it has helped decrease my joint pain. I am now walking up to 6 miles a day without the use of ibuprofen. I usually only take one capsule a day, but sometimes two after heavy workouts. I am a skeptic turned believer."

Great for pain!,

"Tumeric is the best natural supplement for helping ease the pain of osteoarthritis. I stopped taking it for a couple of weeks as an experiment; to see if it was doing anything. I immediately started getting my pain back. So I started taking it again and probably will forever. I don't need any other pain medication while taking Tumeric."
