"I have used both the chocolate and vanilla flavors. I have also tried many other types of Whey. This is the most concentrated and best tasting whey. It is also very easy to mix. I would prefer the aspertame be replaced with stevia or another natural sweetener. Even 1/2 dose, 25 grams protein, 100 cal, 0 carbs, keeps me filled up and going for hours. Great before or after workouts."

"I tried this product based on the fact that it is low in sugar and has a nice array of vitamins. I am still using it after four months. I find it easy to digest and is about the best tasting protein mix I've had. I mix it up with a little milk and throw it in the microwave. In the end it seems like I am drinking hot chocolate. And that's nice after a long, cold ride."

"I bought this product, but was sadly disappointed in the watery chocolate flavor and it does not mix as well as other protein powders I have used. I also had some stomach discomfort after using this product. I assume that the product did not sit well with my stomach, however, everyone is different."

"The mix has a good amount of protein for the price at 60 g. Easy to mix, and doesn't make quite as thick of a shake as other shake powders I've used.
However, unless you just bolt it down, I would suggest adding.. something, anything, to this shake. Just milk or water with it tastes horrible, at least my batch did. Very bland, and only vaguely like chocolate. More akin to unsweetened cocoa without the bitterness. Could taste more water/milk than powder, despite the fact I used very little.
But, all in all, taste is a pretty easy thing to fix. Throw in a bananna or whatever you like to mix into your shakes and it'll make it taste pretty good. Taste aside, 60 g of protein for the listed price is simply more bang for your buck. If you want a quick way to supplement your protein intake, this is it."

"This product was acceptable but really didnt stand out much in any respect. The consistency is average, as is the mixability. As for taste I think it bland, but tastes vary of course. Pricing is reasonable, which is to be expected from an off-label brand. All in all, I wouldnt throw it out, and would use it again, I suppose, but there are better options."

"I bought this product because I really wanted a break from my usual food selection. I'm very health conscious and very seldom will I ever touch anything that is at all unhealthy, but I was kind of getting bored with the protien I usually eat and I was also starting to crave sweets. I bought this to replace my breakfast but I ended up using it much more often than just 1 meal a day! I usually use 4 oz water, then blend in 1 scoop of this with 1 tsp cinnamon and then blend that all in with 8 oz ice. Considering that I would usually eat anything with cinnamon in it when I craved sweets, this definitely did the trick! Plus, I've actually never felt so healthy. I would recommend this to everyone I know :)
PS. I can drink one of these before doing cardio and not get any cramps- I usually get more energy from it!"

"The labeling on the product does not mention any amino acids in this product and its has Splenda (sucralose) in it for those that care about artificial sweeteners in their protein shake. Had I been a savvy consumer of supplements, I might have figured out and gone with a different powder mix."

"With 50g of protein per serving, it's a great value. It has a very slight chocolate taste (though mostly neutral/flavorless) that is neither "good" or "bad". My problem comes with the sheer amount of powder per scoop. The scoops are rather large, and there are three of them per serving. The amount of powder per serving makes it harder to use a shaker cup, so an immersion mixer or blender is recommended."

"I would recommend this ISO Whey to anyone who is looking for quality at a good price, but the flavor is nothing special...and not all that good. I rated it excellent because most all ISO whey protein powders are not the best in the flavor department,...NSI is no deferent there.. but NSI has a VERY good price and profile on their ISO."
