"was just ok stuff. My husband thinks it's great. I think I get better results from cod liver oil. But if you want just a fish oil then this one is certainly easy to take and the orange flavor is doable."

"We have supplimented our adopted daughter's meals with this Coromega Omega for several years. She was in a Russian orphanage for 3 years and we have felt that she needed the nutritional boost. She is extremely healthy today and we continue to use the packets in applesauce, pudding or yogurt."

"I've gone through so many supplements that supposedly "tasted good" or "didn't give fish burps" but just didn't work for us. And if you can't or won't take it because it tastes too gross, it doesn't do you any good. Well we have no problem remembering to take this every day! My 4 yr old son made a New Year's Resolution to "have a little chocolate every day" (har har) and this is it for him! He loves it and my 2 yr. old can't wait until he's a little older and can have his own packet every day (says for kids 4 and older.)
It tastes good cold so we keep some in the fridge, but it's great because you can take the individual packets on trips and don't have to worry about spoilage. This does not have an oily texture, it's more smooth and creamy. It's very sweet and and does not taste like fish at all. Already portioned too. Two thumbs up from picky omega connesiours!"

"This is definitely the easiest way to give your kids a fish oil supplement. While my kids like the original orange flavor better (kind of like Tang), they take this daily without argument.

I like it better than swallowing a capsule that gives me fishy burps all day too.
