"Based on the reviews for the product, I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. It's excellent. It isn't harsh like all the other products on the market. It is just rough enough to do the job, but not to harsh to damage your face. It also doesn't have a strong smell and is made with natural ingredients. I use it in the shower after shaving with my electric razor. It's great for exfoliating."

"I prefer a scrub with a little more grit to it and I didn't feel like there were enough granules in this to do the job. I did, however, like the smell and consistency of it, but stopped using it after a week because I was getting more pimples. But it may be great for those with drier skin."

"I used this product line in the past and then tried the Hawaiian papaya enzyme from Alba and was extremely disappointed. This product does the job and is still gentle enough not to irritate."

"I just love Alba products so I'm a bit bias. I bought this scrub about a month ago. I was a bit weary about buying it b/c the reviews were so mixed. But, upon using this product the first day, I was impressed. It's very light and the exfoliation is not harsh at all. It rinses clean and I don't have any problems using it every day! Sometimes I use it before I wash my face with my regular face soap. Sometimes I use it on it's own. It's great!"

"This stuff has a nice, fresh smell. I'm surprised that other reviewers didn't like it. I've only been using it twice a day for a few days, but I have noticed a big diffrence in stubborn blackheads. It also leaves my skin feeling very smooth."

"I will be using this product for a long time to come. It is only 4 oz., yet I know it will last at least 3 months. YOu dont need much and the scrubbies in it are plentiful and powerful. Your face feels so clean and oil free. Great on oily skin like mine!"

"I love the brand Alba, so I assumed the facial products would be great. I wasn't disappointed. The scrub has very fine particles that srub away. I haven't had any large blackheads since I started using this product. I still get the tiny ones, but my face has cleared up since."
