"Yes, this product did help to maintain a lower blood-sugar level (by a few points) but it also seemed to have increased my 'eat-factor'. For instance, one evening I was watching T.V shortly after dinner, and every food comercial made me want to go eat again, even though I was full."

Dr. Perricone has also written books on how sugar makes us age faster. Since I can't stop eating my favorite sweets, I take bitter melon with sugary foods I eat.
