"I have been taking 3 softgels a day (with breakfast, lunch, and dinner) almost everyday for the last three weeks or so. I haven't really noticed much wieght change or even loss of inches, but I do notice that my appetite has definately decreased to the point where i am rarely even hungry for dinner when I get home at night, even when I ate very sensibly throughout the day. Also, I do notice that my stomach and back seem "tighter" (those are my two biggest trouble areas). I'll continue using it since the results I've seen thus far have only really come about in the past week or so, and I am curious to see what will happen over long-term use."

"A good product, have noticed some difference, but I think for best results, you must be very consistant in taking this supplement. I am great when it comes to breakfast and dinner, but often forget at lunch. Have been taking 3 with each meal."

"This is a great product that contains ingredients that can be trusted. Too many 'off' brands list x-amount of mg, etc., but contain far less than stated. I use in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise and although have no weight problems, did still notice a difference with the tonalin supplements."

"I took this product for two weeks. In the very first morning afterwards, I woke up stiff and achy. As time progressed, the acchinessed lasted all day. At the end of two weeks, I was trying to understand why the ache? I Gooled CLA and found out the CLA can increase some inflammation markers. There are probably a bunch of us out there that will react to CLA with increased inflammation I am one of them."
