I eat less carbs, do aerobic for 1/2

"I just finished the bottle of NSI Tonalin SX-CLA 240 and had no weight loss affect at all, I was taking it for almost two month along with moderate exercise and a healthy eating (I’m a vegetarian). It just didn’t work for me and was total waist of money."

"I've taken this for over two months now and I must admit I was very very skeptical. I've never taken any kind of "pill" to lose weight. I only wanted to lose 5-10 lbs of baby weight. It has done that. More importantly, my waist is definitely trimmer, I can fit into my pre-baby clothes. I don't excercise much..a little walk here and there and eat healthy, but I really think this supplement has done the job! I'll keep taking them."

"I have been using this product for 6 weeks now and am very impressed with belly and celulite reduction. I only take 2 per day. I am a very disaplined 46 year old woman and this product has been really leaning me up. I take it with Pinnothin and the NSI chromium product. I work out approximatley 45 minutes per day 6 days a week and speed walking 2-3 times a week 5-10 miles. Give it some time and stay on a good workout program. I will definately keep this product in my vitamin bag every day!"

"I had my doubts, but after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a try. The fat isn't "falling off" but my pants are fitting a lot better. I have not changed my diet or been able to exercise. I can't wait to be able to walk with my dog again. (He can't wait either!)I'll bet the results will be even better! If you're looking for "the miracle drug" this isn't it but it's a good place to start."

"I have been taking 3 softgels a day (with breakfast, lunch, and dinner) almost everyday for the last three weeks or so. I haven't really noticed much wieght change or even loss of inches, but I do notice that my appetite has definately decreased to the point where i am rarely even hungry for dinner when I get home at night, even when I ate very sensibly throughout the day. Also, I do notice that my stomach and back seem "tighter" (those are my two biggest trouble areas). I'll continue using it since the results I've seen thus far have only really come about in the past week or so, and I am curious to see what will happen over long-term use."

"This is a great product that contains ingredients that can be trusted. Too many 'off' brands list x-amount of mg, etc., but contain far less than stated.
