"Most B6 vitamins come in 100 mg uncoated tablets. I think that finding a capsule in 200 mg size is the best thing ever, since I need to take 1200 mg a day. This has made my life easier by far."

"I give my son who is autistic Country Life B-6 because he needs the extra B-6 .I think they are a great quality and you get a lot for your money."
