"I have taken Fish oil and Flaxseed Oil both seperately in the last couple of years so I did some researching on what one had the other didn't and realized there were some aspects of difference between the two in one having DHA and the other lacking Omega 9 so by taking a mixture of the both of them in a good blend is best I think and that is why I have bought this instead of either one of the others this time. Haven't taken enough of it to see if it works any better for me than single of either of the other or not but will post back later maybe in regards to that as for now it looks alright so far as it hasn't hurt me and doesn't leave after taste or nothing."

"I was already taking Fish oil as ordered by my physician for a borderline high cholestral. I started taking fish and flax combined and had been on them for about a month.
