"This product was recommended to me by an integrative physician who thinks they are the very best out there. I alternate these with some NSI brands of Multivitamins but now that NSI puts 2.000mg of Vit D in EVERY one of theirs it gets difficult to match up with a cal-mag product which usually has a lot of Vit D in it too. I don't want THAT much Vit D. NSI should leave a few options open without so much Vit D."

"This has got everything you need, all your vitamins including the B-vitamins that are needed for the brain to function at it's optimum. Also an excellent source of whole foods and helps with mood support as well. Suggestion . . take it in 2 or threee times a day instead of the whole amount in just one sitting. This way the stomach has time to calm because they can upset your stomach."

"I count this as one of the Top 5 Multi-vitamin/mineral supplements available. It has all bases covered i.e. whole food concentrates, chelated minerals, aromatics, co-factors and enzymes. It's not the multi. you take, it's the multi. you absorb that matters; your body will absorb this one. The only thing I ask is that all top tier multis. switch to a mixed-carotenoid/mixed carotene versions of Vitamin A. Straight beta-carotene can be dangerous for smokers and those living/working in a polluted air enviroment."
