"I have bought many health supplements over the years. For me, this mineral whey is probably in the top 3. It has helped me keep my weight down, improved my moods, and improved my digestion. The results were pretty obvious. I would say that in my case, less than a week and I felt better. I have been using Capra Mineral Whey for probably about one year now. I don;t use the recommended dose, as I seem to get by on only a third of that."

But the background information on this product was so intriguing that I dissolved a couple of tablespoons in a mug of hot water and was surprised at the rich and pleasant taste. It has become my favorite supplement - a great energizer that also has a calming effect on the digestive system."

"We originally bought Mt Capra Goat Whey on the advice of an N.D. for supplementing minerals. We discovered, especially our children, that we can make a "warming" drink using almond milk, vanilla, and spices that is very satisfying. It reminds me of the deeper flavor of coffee and the satisfaction of drinking it. I find it sleep inducing as well."

"I had to try this, as it has a wonderfull write up. I always take a mineral supplement anway, so I decided to give this a go instead of my usual Minalka. First of all I add it every morning to my breakfast of yogurt & musseli very easy, I just spinkle it on top. Then the second dose of the day I take mid afternoon in half a glass of warm water, it mixes very easily, & also tates quite nice. I have only been using this about 10 days & I have already noticed that it settles my windy tummy after eating. I am also hoping it improves the texture on my skin (as per a write up) but it is to early to tell. Also a bonus I find I am nopt so hungry. The cost of the product is reasonable if you live in the USA but for me living in the UK the postage & the custom duty I had to pay made this very expensive, you can only buy the small size here & thats cost even more. So I recommend this to everyone, go one try it!"
