"Using several Megafood products for almost a year now . The C although kinda expensive is far better than the stuff in reg. stores. The ability to take without having to eat is worth it though. so give it a try."

"MegaFood C is an important tool to reduce severity of cold and flu. We take 3 tables 3 times a day at first onset of symptoms. Works perfectly, every time."

"This is a wonderful whole food vitamin C. I have taken it for a long time now and just adjust my dosage with muscle testing each week. The price is great at Vitacost and the shipping is cheap and fast. Great customer service.
