"I have hypothyroidism and really was looking for a vitamin that is natural and won't interfere with my regular medication for my thyroid. Lots of herbs are not safe with what I have. You will need to take extra iron and calcium in the third tri but that's the same with most other prenatal vitamins as well. These don't make you sick can be taken on an empty stomach and are absorbed better than chemical versions. They are also soy free which is awesome for hypo girls. Amazing energy and beautiful hair and nails is an added bonus."

"These are wonderful vitamins. I've been taking them for 7 years because they are just fantastic supplements whether you plan to become pregnant or not. They are whole food vitamins and having a temporary hypoglycemia issue, they do not trigger blood sugar issues for me. Most vitamins make me sick but these never have. I'm currently pregnant with my fourth child and I feel great."

"you never really know how "effective" they are, but I'm taking for prenatal purposes and they seem great. hair and nails grow just like they did w/the chemical versions. But, I can take on an empty stomach, even with morning sickness. one note: they have a strong smell and i get a little queasiness from smelling them, but they don't taste bad. highly recommended."

"No side effects from the iron, can take on an empty stomach without ANY problems at all! I used these with all three pregnancies and while nursing all my kids for a year each. I will continue to take them as a multi-vitamin after I stop nursing."
