"I took this for a week at the recommended dosage before giving up. Read all the great reviews, so I was hoping to experience the same thing. But it made me so sleepy that I couldn't function - each day I took it! After a week of me sleeping all day, I think I am going to go back to trying something else."

"I use to use any type of St. John's Wort that was a good price but highest amount of Mgs. I than purchased a higher price St. John's Wort & felt a somewhat better feeling until I ran across NewChapter Serofin , St. John's Wort. The first week while starting out only taking one a day I felt a stron feeling of well being & after the 2nd week I totally felt better even more. I believe I am on my 4 or 5 bottle & will continue to take as they make me feel so much better emotinally.I have not stopped taking them to find out as I am very satisfied with this product."

"I began taking Serofin a couple of months ago. I took it for one month and wasn't sure if it was helping. But when I stopped taking it I noticed a definite difference in how I felt. I didn't realize until I stopped using it how well it was working.

I only take 1 capsule per day right now and I can tell that my overall mood and outlook on life is better. I feel more motivated to do things, as well. A little note for women - Serofin really helps with PMS related depression!

I plan to increase to 2 capsules daily after I get my next order of Serofin. I'm excited to see what the results will be.

Vitacost has a great price on this product, as well as so many others!"

"I first took St. John's Wort for night terrors a decade ago when my job was stressful. Within weeks the night terrors stopped and I was able to gradually quit using the supplement. When my daughter and sister both indicated they were suffering from similar symptoms, both found immediate relief with St. John's Wort. They tried several different brands before I found this one. Both have indicated that it works better with fewer capsules."
